Rational of the module: Effective sourcing ensures quality and cost-effective manufacturing while also keeping inventory levels and overhead costs under control. Sourcing is an important component of your supply chain management (SCM) strategic planning; when done correctly, it improves efficiencies and reduces risk in your supply chain.
