We set up a project plan for you: 15 activities, starting with “Strategise” and “Prepare financial statement”.

Do the work step by step

Work through them one at a time, such as “Conduct detailed research”, “Opeations plans” and “Source quotation”, and watch your progress. You, your apprentice or your consultant can do it.

Get your reports

A status report as you go. The last activities, such as “Business Plan Presentation” and “Update business plan”, lead to a final report you accept. RMK also approves it where a consultant did the work.
