How to access angel investors Module

About the module: Angel investors are individual who provides capital for a business or businesses start-up, usually in exchange for convertible debt or ownership equity.

Purpose of the module: Be able to understand and gain access to angel investors, who have both the financial means and the desire to fund start-ups and grow businesses.

Rational of the module: Angel investors usually give support to start-ups at the initial moments and when most investors are not prepared to back them. They generally offer better terms than other lenders because they typically invest in the entrepreneur starting the business rather than the viability of the business. Angel investors are more concerned with assisting start-ups in taking their first steps than with the potential profit from the business.
