Four ways to take part
What you give, and what you gain
You give 6 sessions over 12 months, a second diagnosis, a plan and progress reports.
You gain a lasting impact on a business that is already organised, and paid work.
Join as a mentor →You give five-day training weeks, mostly face to face, and you mark the final submissions.
You gain paid weeks in your own area, with lessons and materials ready.
Join as a facilitator →You give your judgement on a panel that scores learners' presentations. Scores are averaged.
You gain paid panel days and a clear scoring screen.
Join as an assessor →You give hands-on work setting up a Super client's business with them.
You gain R12 500 per Super client, paid half at the start and half after sign-off, and a path to consulting.
Join as an apprentice →Pay for mentors, facilitators and assessors is agreed with RMK for each role. Ask us and we will tell you.

- An active Standard Account
- Passed every quiz of all ten tools (COMPETENT, 75%)
- At least 5 years running a business, or in senior management or professional practice (for example finance, operations or sales)
- Experience in at least one industry segment
- Two business references
- 6 sessions over 12 months per mentee, about 2 hours each
- A second diagnosis, a mentorship plan, three progress reports and a final report, all written in the platform
- Keep to the session dates
- Write each report within a week of the session
- Respect the mentee's confidentiality (POPIA)
- A lasting impact on a business that is organised
- Paid per mentee at RMK's rate, agreed in writing before you start

- An active Standard Account
- Passed every quiz of all ten tools (COMPETENT, 75%)
- A diploma or degree in the course subject, or 5 years' working experience in it
- At least 2 years training adults
- You complete RMK's facilitator briefing
- English, plus a local language as an advantage
- Five-day training weeks in your area, mostly face to face
- RMK provides the lessons and materials
- You mark the final submissions
- Arrive prepared

- Mark the final submissions within the agreed time

- At least 6 years' experience in the subject (business, finance, markets, projects or supply chain)
- You complete RMK's assessor briefing on the scoring guide
- Panel days in training weeks, scoring learners' presentations against the guide
- Panel scores are averaged
- Score fairly and independently

- You completed the course or courses for the tools you will work on, and were found COMPETENT (75% on the quizzes)
- A phone or laptop with data
- You agree to keep client information confidential (POPIA)
- You set up a Super client's business with them, tool by tool
- You record assignments and evidence until the client signs off
- Regular contact with your client
- Work saved in the platform
- Reports on time
- Real business experience and a path to consulting
- R12 500 per Super client, paid half at the start and half at sign-off
