Purpose of the module: Be able to understand that stakeholder management is required to identify and track individuals or groups who can influence the business and are interested in the organisations success or failure.

Rational of the module: Stakeholder management is critical because it is the lifeblood of successful project relationships. This requires building a solid relationship and understanding how their work contributes to project success.
