How to manage stakeholders
What this course is
Seven lessons on the people around the business - customers, suppliers, staff, the municipality, the community - and keeping them on your side.
The permission, the goodwill and the contracts a small business runs on all come from people who have to be managed deliberately.
It feeds the market and risk sections of your business plan.
What you get
- A plan for the people who can help or block the business.
- A statement of results for the lessons you pass.

A lesson a day, in your own time. Or the facilitated week, where somebody takes you through it with other business owners.
Each lesson ends in a quiz. You need 9 of 12 (75%) to pass it, and you get 3 attempts.
The certificate is for the facilitated week. If you study on your own you get a statement of results - a record of the lessons you passed.
