How it works
Your systems and procedures project, in four steps
Learn
7 short lessons, each with a video and a quiz.
Start your project
We set up a project plan for you: 15 activities, starting with “Define systems and procedures implement project objectives” and “Define systems and procedures implement project stakeholders”.
Do the work step by step
Work through them one at a time, such as “Execute systems and procedures implement project scope”, “Manage systems and procedures implement project team” and “Make systems and procedures implement project changes”, and watch your progress. You, your apprentice or your consultant can do it.
Get your reports
A status report as you go. The last activities, such as “Systems and procedures implement project checklist” and “Solicit systems and procedures implement project feedback”, lead to a final report you accept. RMK also approves it where a consultant did the work.

Why does this matter?
A business that only works when the owner is in the room cannot grow and cannot be sold.
What does it feed?
It feeds the operations section of your business plan, and it is what a corporate buyer asks for when they audit a supplier.
Can someone do it with me?
Yes. Premium gives you support; Super gives you an apprentice; a consultant can do it for you.
