How it helps your business
What supply chain does for you
Less money tied up in stock that is not moving.
Your largest suppliers negotiated, and the terms written down.
Reorder points set, and a second source for every critical input.
How each supplier performs, tracked.
How it works
Your supply chain project, in four steps
Learn
7 short lessons, each with a video and a quiz.
Start your project
We set up a project plan for you: 15 activities, starting with “Define supply chain management project objectives” and “Define supply chain management project stakeholders”.
Do the work step by step
Work through them one at a time, such as “Execute supply chain managements project scope”, “Manage supply chain managements project team” and “Make supply chain managements project changes”, and watch your progress. You, your apprentice or your consultant can do it.
Get your reports
A status report as you go. The last activities, such as “Supply chain managements project checklist” and “Solicit supply chain managements project feedback”, lead to a final report you accept. RMK also approves it where a consultant did the work.

The report you get
Your supply chain final report
Who it is for: You and your team; a funder or buyer who asks how you buy.
- Where the work got to. Whether your supply chain targets were met.
- The work. Suppliers, terms, stock counts and reorder points, activity by activity.
- Still outstanding. What is left, and who owns it.
- Who worked on this. You, your apprentice or your consultant.
- Sign-off. Your acceptance, and RMK's approval where a consultant did the work.
Along the way you also get a status report: the three stages, anything past its date, and every activity in order.
