How it works

Your stakeholder management project, in four steps

01

Learn

7 short lessons, each with a video and a quiz.

02

Start your project

We set up a project plan for you: 15 activities, starting with “Define stakeholders management project objectives” and “Define stakeholders management project stakeholders”.

03

Do the work step by step

Work through them one at a time, such as “Execute stakeholders managements project scope”, “Manage stakeholders managements project team” and “Make stakeholders managements project changes”, and watch your progress. You, your apprentice or your consultant can do it.

04

Get your reports

A status report as you go. The last activities, such as “stakeholders managements project checklist” and “Solicit stakeholders managements project feedback”, lead to a final report you accept. RMK also approves it where a consultant did the work.

  2. The work. The stakeholder list, the ranking and each engagement, activity by activity.
  3. Still outstanding. Relationships not yet engaged.
  4. Who worked on this. You, your apprentice or your consultant.
  5. Sign-off. Your acceptance, and RMK's approval where a consultant did the work.

Along the way you also get a status report: the three stages, anything past its date, and every activity in order.

The permission, the goodwill and the contracts a small business runs on all come from people who have to be managed deliberately.

What does it feed?

It feeds the market and risk sections of your business plan.

Can someone do it with me?
