How it works

Your project management project, in four steps

01

Learn

7 short lessons, each with a video and a quiz.

02

Start your project

We set up a project plan for you: 15 activities, starting with “Define project objectives” and “Define project stakeholders”.

03

Do the work step by step

Work through them one at a time, such as “Execute project scope”, “Manage project team” and “Make project changes”, and watch your progress. You, your apprentice or your consultant can do it.

04

Get your reports

A status report as you go. The last activities, such as “Project checklist” and “Solicit project feedback”, lead to a final report you accept. RMK also approves it where a consultant did the work.

  2. The work. Every activity, from the plan and the budget to the hand-over.
  3. Still outstanding. What is left, and who owns it.
  4. Who worked on this. You, your apprentice or your consultant.
  5. Sign-off. Your acceptance, and RMK's approval where a consultant did the work.

Along the way you also get a status report: the three stages, anything past its date, and every activity in order.

Questions about project management

Why does this matter?

Work that is not planned week by week slips, and a slipped job is a customer who does not come back.

What does it feed?

It feeds the Project management tool, where you plan the work week by week.

Can someone do it with me?

Yes. Premium gives you support; Super gives you an apprentice; a consultant can do it for you.
