How it works

Your corporate governance project, in four steps

01

Learn

7 short lessons, each with a video and a quiz.

02

Start your project

We set up a project plan for you: 15 activities, starting with “Define corporate governance project objectives” and “Define corporate governance project stakeholders”.

03

Do the work step by step

Work through them one at a time, such as “Execute corporate governance project project scope”, “Manage corporate governance project team” and “Make changes to corporate governance project”, and watch your progress. You, your apprentice or your consultant can do it.

04

Get your reports

A status report as you go. The last activities, such as “Corporate governance project checklist” and “Solicit corporate governance project feedback”, lead to a final report you accept. RMK also approves it where a consultant did the work.
